Can I view an item in person before I purchase it?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our warehouse by appointment to view something you have seen online. Send us an email to arrange a time.

If I am ordering a furniture item, can I collect it myself?
Yes, simply contact us to make a time to collect your purchase from our warehouse in St Johns, Auckland.

What if I buy an item and then find that it doesn't suit my home?
Send us an email to let us know and we will happily credit or refund you upon return of the item.

I'm sending a gift to someone. Will you gift wrap?
We love being asked to gift wrap! Let us know it's a gift at the checkout and what the occasion is. Choose from plain white glossy paper or brown kraft paper and let us know it's a gift at the checkout. We'll add string and a paper gift tag.
