  • Can I view an item in person before I purchase it?

Yes, you are welcome to visit our warehouse by appointment to view something you have seen online. Send us an email to arrange a time.

  • If I am ordering a furniture item, can I collect it myself to save on freight?

Yes, you can!  When you get to the checkout, simply select 'Local Pick Up' under the Delivery options.  Then contact us to make a time to collect your item from our warehouse in Auckland. 

  • What if I buy an item and then find that it doesn't suit my home?

Send us an email to let us know and we will happily discuss a credit option or refund you upon return of the item. 

  • I'm sending a gift to someone. Will you gift wrap?

We LOVE being asked to gift wrap! Check the Gift Wrap box at the checkout page and add your message. We'll wrap with white gloss or brown kraft paper, string and a paper gift tag. (We don't wrap bulky or large items sorry). We also make sure no pricing is included with your gift so you can send it directly to the recipient. 

  • Where can I view your product range in person?

  • If I buy online, how long will it take for my order to get to me? 
If you are in Auckland, allow 2-3 working days. Elsewhere in NZ, allow 3-5 working days. International deliveries normally take 5-10 working days.
