Returns

We understand that when you make a purchase online, it may not be exactly as you expected. For this reason, we happily accept returns within 10 working days of the receipt of your order. Shipping costs are not included in credit or refund. Please email joanne@woodenhorse.co.nz with your reason for return and we will take care of the rest.

Returned items must be recieved in the same condition, with tags attached. Refunds, exchanges and credits are entirely at the discretion of Wooden Horse Homewares.
